Warranty/Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of products purchased directly from Wheaton Arms up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging.

Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted for used parts.

Any used part sent for a refund will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Your receipt is required for processing returns. Please see below for shipping information.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wheaton Arms INC does not independently insure return shipments.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you of the status of your refund. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

1) Check the account of your original payment method.
2) If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or credit card company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and Wheaton Arms INC. does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.
3) When steps 1 & 2 do not answer your concerns to your satisfaction, please contact us at intel@wheatonarms.com
