The Wheaton Arms 3.5 connector is a drop-in connector (no fitting required) designed to give a lighter and smoother trigger pull with a short fast reset to allow the shooter to deliver faster more accurate rounds downrange. This is accomplished by precise manufacturing processes and polishing of the key contact points then a final polish of the entire connector. These methods ensure the Wheaton Arms 3.5 connector is optimized to improve the trigger pull of all generations of GLOCK® semi-automatic pistols. How many rounds are fired during testing with this kit installed, and how many malfunctions, if any, occurred? E asked on August 17, 2022

We test our trigger pull kits for fit, function & reliability. We do not test the springs and connectors to failure. Malfunctions can be caused by many different factors. Striker spring binding on the channel liner is a big one. The channel liner needs to be replaced anytime a slide is refinished and heated; Cerakote, Parkerize, Nitriding, etc. The channel liner will shrink and bind on the striker spring and cups. Most refinishing companies do not replace the channel liner after coating. Shoot me a email if you have a specific question about our parts. Thanks! robbie@wheatonarms.com
